Yeah, I know, I'm wearing black lipstick, as with the other one, but I think it manages to be within tolerance levels right now. Black lipstick can be rather tacky and horrible, and is most of the time really, but it was what was around at the time (at the end of the day, it's probably the most available and obvious shade for Goth-esque people).

I suspect a lot of the reason it doesn't look that good is because the young people that wear it (often boys) tend to wear too much of it. I've certainly done that, and it just leaves a glossy mess and looks exactly like what it is (wearing too much lipstick). As long as it's blotted down afterwards it's probably not terrible.

Still, usually going to be better to just wear a dark shade of a different colour.
